libpasswdqc0 software package provides password strength checking and policy enforcement library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpasswdqc0
libpasswdqc0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpasswdqc0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpasswdqc0 *
You will get with libpasswdqc0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
